Communication
- » We will ensure you are kept informed of all relevant progress and developments at all times.
Response Times
- » We aim to deal with all telephone, fax, email and letter requests immediately during office hours. Where this is not possible we will contact you and agree a suitable timeframe.
- » In the case of managed services we will ensure our response times are adhered to as per our support agreement, with a maximum response time of four hours in all other cases.
Confidentiality
- » All information disclosed to us by any customer, will at all times remain strictly confidential and kept in appliance with the data protection act. No information will be disclosed or passed on to any third party without prior consent from the customer.
Feedback & Suggestions
- » We take great pride in the level of service we provide our customers and strive to continually develop it further, please let us know if you have any suggestions or feedback be it of a positive or negative experience at feedback@raw-telecom.com.
Complaints
- » We are passionate about the service we provide our customers as such we urge any customer who feels the need to complain to do so.
- » All our complaints will be documented, analysed, investigated and responded to in a timely manner. Further all complaints will be brought to the attention of a director who will respond personally.
