Initially, you sourced a great deal with Orange and supplied the set to us, coming out to our premises and taking the time to set them up and overcome our teething problems.
From the information Orange supplied to you regarding coverage, you could not have known that although coverage was highlighted fine there was a black spot around my home leaving us with very little signal at all.
As soon as this became apparent you took swift decisive action to remedy the problem by cancelling the contract within a tight time scale and arranging supply of further sets with a separate provider.
Again this provided good value for money and you worked a second time to configure all our handsets and ensure they were all functioning properly.
